Yemen Refugees

The Yemen refugee crisis, often referred to as the Yemeni refugee crisis, is among the world’s most pressing humanitarian situations. Over 3 million individuals have been displaced due to the conflict, and over 24 million are in urgent need of help. A significant proportion of these refugees are women and children who seek refuge in Yemen refugee camps.

The Impact and Efforts for Relief

This conflict in Yemen has forced more than 3 million people to abandon their homes. Alarmingly, a vast number of these refugees are children, and as reported by the UN, over 10,000 children have become casualties of the war, either through death or injury.

The severity of the Yemen refugee crisis cannot be overstated. Many arriving refugees are in dire conditions, battling hunger, illness, and trauma. The situation is particularly grim for children, with an estimated 1 million facing acute malnutrition. Efforts to provide aid are further hampered by restricted access to these regions.

HRD is actively operating in Yemen, extending crucial aid to the refugees. Our primary aim is to offer shelter, clean water, sanitation facilities, and medical assistance. The demand, however, far outstrips our current resources. Please consider donating today to aid our mission in assisting the Yemeni refugees. With your support, we can make a significant difference and save countless lives.

Refugee Crisis in Yemen

The conflicts Yemen has forced over 3 million people from their homes. More than half of them are children. Families have lost everything – their homes, their possessions, and in some cases, their loved ones.

People of Yemen have fled to overcrowded refugee camps, where living conditions are dire. There is little food, water, or medical care. Many children are malnourished and sick.  The refugees need help!

The displacement of people in Yemen has been described as the “worst humanitarian crisis in the world.” An estimated 24 million people, or 80% of the population, are in need of assistance. This includes more than 10 million children. Lets come together and provide aid to Yemen refugee camps that are overcrowded!

Yemen Refugee Crisis

Relieve The Burden For All Refugees

At HRD Global, our mission has always been to provide aid and support to those in dire need. While our efforts initially focused on the refugee crisis in Yemen, we have since expanded our scope to address other urgent humanitarian crises around the world.

Our work in Turkey has also allowed us to extend our support to refugees who have found themselves doubly displaced by these earthquakes. Many of these individuals had already fled their homes due to conflict or persecution, seeking refuge in Turkey, only to lose everything once again to the earthquakes.
